It is the question we hear most often, and it almost always comes with the same two complaints about existing installers.
The first is a lack of flexibility. An installer handles either small jobs or large rollouts, rarely both.
The second is a lack of mobility: a different installer in every region, a different standard each time, and a relationship to rebuild on every project.
We built MD-Tech to answer precisely those two gaps.

Around thirty projects in nine months for one hotel group, each with its own preliminary site survey.
And over the same period, 809 locks fitted in a single month on one site, in full operation throughout, with the project run end to end on our side.
Few installers can do both. Yet that is what a manufacturer needs: one point of contact for the thirty-room hotel and for the eight-hundred-room rollout.
We currently install for six lock manufacturers, five of them under a direct relationship. Several are competitors of one another.
We say so from the first conversation, because it is the nature of this trade and because each client’s confidentiality towards their competitors depends on it. No conflict has arisen to date.
On sensitive sites, including military and industrial ones, we hold the clearances and pass the security vetting this requires.
Saying it plainly avoids half the scheduling problems.
We do not run conduit, we do not pull power cables and we do not work inside the electrical panel: that is the electrician’s job.
We do no civil works.
On pedestrian access control, we manufacture neither the glazing nor the metal structures, and we do not decide on fixing solutions. We install what the manufacturer supplies, following their project manager’s specifications.
